My name is Felix Kerr and I have been a professional wedding photographer here in Barbados for 35 years.

Your wedding photographs are a lasting souvenir of this very special day and with the wonderful scenery and sunshine here in Barbados, I can fulfill your dreams.

Besides covering weddings, I am also happy to undertake commissions for other events including cocktail parties, christenings, birthdays, architecture or family portraits.

Photographic Packages

With all packages you will be given the actual negatives to keep so you will not have to pay a premium to order further prints.

All prices are in Barbados dollars ($3 - £1 sterling approx.) and they include negatives and an album.

24 pictures 6 x 4" - $600 (U.S. $300)

36 pictures 6 x 4" - $750 (U.S. $375)

24 pictures 5 x 7" - $850 (U.S. $425)

36 pictures 5 x 7" - $1150 (U.S. $575)

For larger, longer weddings charges are $200 per hour and for extra pictures 6 x 4" $3 (US 1.50) or 7 x 5" $8 (US $4.00)

Albums are $35 for 6 x 4" or $75 for 7 x 5"  CD supplied free of charge.

Venues for your wedding

You can make arrangements to be married almost anywhere in Barbados - on a beach, at Bathsheba, in one of the lovely old parish churches, at a hotel, or in a magistrate's office.  We suggest you drive around the island and find somewhere you would like to have your wedding.

Flowers

Formal or informal, we have several florists to recommend with whom we are familiar.  We receive no commission for this and you must deal directly with the companies and contacts.  You can order large arrangements or a simple bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom.

Minister

Our usual minister here is of the Anglican faith, but there are all religions represented here or you may choose to be married by a magistrate.

Hair dressers

We can make a recommendation only.  We receive no commission for this and you should deal directly with the beauty salon.

Transport

You may rent u-drive cars or mokes or choose to be driven in a stretch limousine on your big day.  Horse-drawn carriages are also available.  We can recommend several companies for you to choose from.

Accommodation

Barbados has all types of accommodation from the luxury hotels to smaller guest houses.  Your travel agent can usually set out various plans and prices for you.

Documentation required

If either person has been divorced, a divorce certificate must be brought.  The license is readily available here (after a few hours wait in the Main Post Office) and it is then taken to the Minister of choice.
